Liability Policy:
Securing our services grants us and/or our contractor's permission to enter your premises for the purpose of performing the requested services. Homeowner agrees to restrain pets in preparation for the arrival of Poop Troops LLC and its contractors. Homeowner further agrees and accepts full liability for any unrestrained pets not limited to and to include bites, injuries trying to avoid conflict or attempt to protect from bodily injury. Homeowner further agrees that if pets escape in the process of fleeing to safety, by accepting service you further agree that your pet's displacement is a result of your negligence to restrain and not the attempt to perform service by Poop Troops LLC. Homeowner will Indemnify Poop Troops LLC in whole to include but not limited to; damages reimbursement, legal fees, and any deductibles paid to remedy incident caused by breach of contract between you and Poop Troops LLC.
In cases of foreseen danger, Poop Troops LLC. reserves the right NOT to enter property due to discovery of unrestrained pets, and services fees are still due. We will attempt to reschedule if no one is home to restrain pets. There is no guarantee or warranty on when we will return but service will be rendered at the earliest convenience of Poop Troops LLC for missed appointments.
Service Policy:
Buyer is to provide ease of access to areas that need cleaning. Poop Troops LLC workers are not required to: climb over or under objects, search through tall grass and weeds, search through outdoor trash, leaves, and other rubble. In case of the Poop Troops LLC will clean all areas that can be accessed easily and safely, but there is no guarantee that all waste piles will be removed.
In the event of heavy rain, inclement weather, acts of God, and other acts outside of our control, Poop Troops LLC will reschedule services at the earliest convenience. Constant rescheduling due to buyer will result in missed services with no refund. Constant rescheduling due to Poop Troops LLC neglect or staffing issues will result in proration or refund as detailed below.
One-time services pay for an hour of work or until the worker is done. Whichever comes first. Workers can continue after the hour at their discretion but are not required to.
Weekly services can be pulled in or pushed out up to 2 days to account for inclement weather and other emergencies that might cause service disruption on the day that exactly a week from previous service.
